"Monica Lee Baker weds Case Lee Webb on Valentine's Day"

Case Lee is a High Voltage Transmission Line Foreman at Bonneville Power Administration.
The couple met at the church where Case Lee sings in the Choir and is very active in the church functions.
He grew up in the ranching community of Baker City, OR. He's very comfortable on a horse
and roping a steer but had never attended a horse show until he started dating Monica.
The couple will reside in Olympia, WA.

Patty Baker, is Senior Partner and Managing Member of Baker Training Stable, LLC. Patty and Mike Baker own the Training Facility and have been married for 35 years. Patty has ridden horses all of her life and has trained horses and riders, professionally, for 30 years. In that time, the business has had over 100 World & National Champions. Patty's specialties are Showmanship, Western and Huntseat Equitation, Trail, Goal setting as well as Purchasing and Sales. She also has an extensive background in coaching 4-H and open show competitors to State Championships through haul-in lessons. Her lesson and coaching style brings out the best in both the horse and rider. Staying in the horse business for all these years is not easy. Patty believes that her Associate Degree in Accounting and working several years in that field has helped. She also feels that her extensive background with caring for horses helps her keep the horses healthy and happy. Patty, is a member of American Paint Horse Assoc., Appaloosa Horse Club and National Snaffle Bit Assoc.

Monica Baker-Webb, is General Partner at Baker Training Stable, LLC and became a professional at 18 yrs old. She has ridden all of her life. Training has always been her passion and horses respond very well to her, especially the youngsters. She won her first 2yr old Western Pleasure World Championship, when she was 20 years old on a horse she had trained herself. Monica, went to work for Steve Heckaman Quarter Horses in 2000 where she worked in Pilot Point, TX through 2005. She showed on the NSBA circuit, at the Quarter Horse Congress and the Quarter Horse World Championship Show. She was 3rd leading money earner for NSBA Ltd. Western Pleasure riders for 2001. She learned a lot in those 5 years and our business benefits from her expertise. Monica is enjoying showing Paints, Appaloosas as well as Quarter Horses here in Washington State. Her specialties are Western Pleasure, Western Riding, Trail and many all around events. She has gained many business connections with people who trust her time honored way of training by long hours of building a relationship with the horse, which helps in the purchasing and selling quality horses, at our business. Monica has an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She also is a member of the Paint Horse Assoc., Appaloosa Horse Club, The Quarter Horse Assoc, and National Snaffle Bit Assoc.

Kara Baker-Whitsell, General Partner in Baker Training Stable, LLC grew up on horseback and won the All-Around Youth twice at the Appaloosa Youth World Show. She became a professional in 2000 and has ridden 6 horses to All Around Western Horse titles at the Appaloosa World & National Championship Shows. She has trained and shown horses to win 29 World & Nationals Championships. Kara's specialties are Western Events and Equitation patterns but she does MANY events well and is always in the top money in the Huntseat and Western Pleasure Futurities. Kara, is an excellent teacher and has the amazing talent of breaking down complicated maneuvers into smaller do-able steps. Kara has an Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences as well as a couple years of experience working in the Ways and Means Department for the State of Washington during the Legislature. She was married to Russell Whitsell in 2005. Kara, is a member of American Paint Horse Association, Appaloosa Horse Club and National Snaffle Bit Association
